Introduction As a professional manufacturer of active probes, we
provide a complete set of differential probes. Please refer to next page
for summary specifications. All of our products can directly draw power
from oscilloscopes or use batteries and mains adaptor. They are divided
into four categories:

1. Differential Probes for High Voltage Power
Measurement
The SI-9010, SI-9020 and SI-9010A are three models in this category. All of them meet EN61010 Category II Requirements. With up to 70MHz bandwidth and up to 14000V(DC+Peak AC) input voltage. They are ideally suited for measuring high-speed voltage surge in power electronics circuits. 2. Differential Probes for Power Measurement There are six models in this category. All of them meet EN61010 Category III Requirements. With wide choice of attenuation ratio, they are capable of making full range (from millivolts to ±1400V) measurement of floating signals in power electronics circuits. The SI-50 and SI-51 have the smallest size and best accuracy. 3. Differential Probes for Small Signals With high bandwidth, low noise and high common mode rejection, SI-200 is ideal for measurements of the small differential signals in data communications and high-speed power electronics. 4. Differential Probes for High Bandwidth Measurement The SI-800 enable users to make measurements of high-speed differential signals commonly found in high-speed digital system design, data communication applications and disk drive testing. 1.
